Wheelchair-accessible vehicles
Our wheelchair-accessible vehicles are ramped minivans or similar, so the passenger can stay in their own wheelchair for the journey. When you book, tell us whether the wheelchair is manual or powered and whether the passenger can move to a regular seat. We confirm the right vehicle before the trip.
On the day
Your chauffeur helps the passenger board and handles bags, walkers or a folded wheelchair. A family member or carer can ride along, and because the price is per vehicle, there is no charge per person. If you don't know when the appointment will end, book by the hour so the car waits for you.
Not an emergency service
Black Drive provides non-emergency transportation only. We are not an ambulance service and our chauffeurs do not provide medical care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Book online or request a quote, and tell us about any wheelchair or mobility needs, the appointment time and whether someone will travel with the passenger.
Toronto and Montreal
In Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and Montreal we take passengers to clinics, hospitals, specialist consultations and scheduled healthcare visits.
