All bookings must be confirmed with valid payment information.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

3. Passenger Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and travel information.
Be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location.
Ensure you comply with our waiting time policy.
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
4. Service Limitations
Black Drive is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, road closures).
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons.
5. Liability
Black Drive is not liable for indirect losses or missed connections caused by delays beyond our control.
Any claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the service date.
